I’m a Professional Member.
I can't access the Member forums.
We’ve seen a glitch with a few accounts where the forums are not automatically integrating with some memberships. We need manually add you to the forums. Please email email@example.com and let us know that you need a password reset due to an inability to access the forums.
I want to cancel my membership.
You can cancel your membership at any time through your membership profile. Please let us know if you have any questions or require further assistance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click on the top right icon and Account/Subscription.
Then you can access all of your member account, subscription, and payment options.
I’m an Instructor.
Where is the Orientation?
You can find the Orientation in the Academy by logging in at evidencebasedbirthacademy.com.
Most of the Instructors will elect the “Regular” training button. If you have completed the ‘How to Help Families Receive Evidence Based Care’ course prior to becoming an Instructor, you will elect the “Alternative” button.
I am having trouble accessing the forums. Is there something special I need to do?
Email support! Sometimes it takes a couple days to make sure all the incoming Instructors in training have access.
If you are ready to get your homework in the forums completed but cannot access them yet, please email email@example.com and we will fix your access asap!
Also, please look at the the forum name that you are introducing yourself on and make sure that it says “Instructor Forum” at the top!
What is the training schedule? Can I move forward to the next module when I have completed the one I am on?
The schedule for your cohort can always be found in your Orientation, located in the Instructor Dashboard.

We ask that you wait for the email that says the next module is open before you move forward. This is not only important to make sure you don’t miss updates to the modules, as they are being updated frequently, but also so that you don’t miss out on the amazing discussions happening in the Instructor Forums.
I have a request to travel and teach. What are the steps in getting approval for this?
We are thrilled that your Instructor skills are being asked for outside your community! In order to get approval to teach outside your community, you must submit your request to support. We will reach out with specific questions in order to get more information to approve your request.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit that request.
Where can I order the customized flyers or postcards?
In the EBB Instructor Shop! Since this part of the shop is just for Instructor, you need to enter this part of the EBB Shop through your Dashboard and use the password displayed there to enter. There you will find all the materials you might need to order for your upcoming event! Please include all the information you want on your flyer, postcard, etc in your order so that we can get you your documents as quickly as possible.

Can I combine an Evidence Based Birth® event with my own event?
Please email support with all the information about what you hoping to combine and how. The more information you give, the easier it will be to process your request quickly! If you want to combine EBB curriculum such as combining a Professionals Workshop and a seminar or two seminars that is okay to do without approval!
